A. System Analyst
System Analyst is someone who is responsible for research, planning, coordination, and recommend the selection of software and systems that best suits the needs of the business organization or company. System Analyst also plays a very important role in the process of system development.A system analyst must have at least four skills: analytical, technical, managerial, and interpersonal (communicating with other people). Analysis capability allows a system analyst to understand the behavior of the organization and functions, such understanding will assist in identifying and analyzing the best possible settlement of issues. Technical expertise will help a system analyst to understand the potential and limitations of information technology. And a system analyst should be able to work with different kinds of programming languages, operating systems, and hardware used. Managerial expertise will help an analyst system for managing projects, resources, risks, and changes. Interpersonal skills will help the system analyst to interact with end users as well as programmers, system administrators and other professions.
B. Programmer
Programmer is someone who has the ability to master one or more programming languages such as C language, Pascal, Java, etc. Programmers also can be regarded as the maker and the officer who prepared the required program on the computerized system to be designed.
C. administrator
Administrator is a person in charge of managing an operating system and programs running on a computer system or computer network.
D. operator
These are ordinary users who only use existing computer systems or the term he uses only apilkasi-specific applications.
4 levels above the brain-ware / general users of a computer system. Actually in the IT field is still a lot of brain-ware such as computer-brain ware Technician, Graphic Designer, Network Specialist, etc. However it all is not mandatory you should know, you must know enough 4 this level.
